DINING EXPERIENCE

CHALLENGE

An elevated garden space — once a forgotten corner above the beach, was waiting to be transformed.
Our mission was to turn this overlooked area into a premium, intimate environment for high-end guests while creating a brand new F&B outlet - ephemeral but fully functional.

SOLUTION

We created a low-key yet elegant Dining Experience, reminiscent of boho chic — organic fusion of nature, architecture, gastronomy.
At its heart stood a frameless transparent dome, designed to be part kitchen, part greenhouse, part cocktail bar — a living structure where light, scent, and flavor intertwined.
The dome became the center of the experience with a vegetal counter growing aromatic herbs to be used in the chefs and mixologists creations. Natural wood furniture, handcrafted tableware, dimmed fairy lights and vintage decoration complimenting the decor — crafting an atmosphere of serene exclusivity and deep connection with the natural environment.
